DEFINITIONS

Citizen:
Dictionary definition;
	A native or naturalized member of a state or nation
who owes allegience to a government and is entitled to its 
protection. 2. An inhabitant of a city or town, esp. one 
entitled to its privileges and franchises.

My definition;
	TO BE A "CITIZEN" 
"YOU HAVE TO TAKE ACTION (RESPONSIBILITY) WHERE ACTION IS NEEDED
A "CITIZEN" TAKES INTO CONSIDERATION (A SIDE RATION OF THOUGHT)
THE NEEDS OF THE GROUP OF WHICH THEY ARE A CITIZEN.
UNIVERSE, GALAXY, STAR SYSTEM,
WORLD, HUMANITY, COUNTRY,
STATE, COUNTY, CITY,
COMMUNITY, FAMILY, SELF"

SELF. citizen of self, to know yourself, 
!And when the thoughts in your head aren't yours!
And how to cope with intrusions.
To be responsible for your own needs and actions.

FAMILY; consideration to the 7th generation, was the Indian example. 
They had a succesful civilization for 10,000 yrs. 

COMMUNITY: Lend a helping hand, keep the barter level.
Don't gossip. Its a long term commitment.

CITY: Learn how your local city government functions. 
Get involved for humanities sake. 
Fight corruption, protect the ecology.



CONSEQUENCE:
Dictionary definition; 
	The effect, result or outcome of something occuring earlier.
My definition 
	"With sequence, connected events."



CONSIDERATION:
Dictionary definition; 
	The act of considering, careful thought, meditation, deliberation.
My definition; 
	"With a side ration of thought"


Responsibility:
Dictionary definition; 
	To be accountable for.
My definition;
	"To respond, with ability, to a need, voluntarily."
If you don't have the ability, Its not your responsibility.
If there is no need. there is no response required.
If someone else is forcing you to do it, They are responsible.


SKILL:
Dictionary definition;
	The ability coming from ones knowledge, practice, aptitude, to do something well.
My definition:
	A skill = terminology + technique + practice
acquisition ----Read three books by different authors on the same subject.
		Acquire a technical magazine subscription on the subject.
		Apprentice with pay to a master of the skill.	
		NOTE:   Always have an alterior motive of learning a skill when
			you work for wages.
	NOTE: {Game factor} 	Skills can be borrowed from the past or future! (aptitude)
				But they have to be gained at some point.
				Collect "skills" at any opportunity, for use in past or future.
