revisited

I intended to put links to the classical Greek myths on this page.
However I searched google and found to my dismay that the internet has been "disney sanitized" for our modern idea that children must be protected from the truth about "sex".
I could not find classic Greek myths in their original form.
They are the archetypes of mans character, pity the loss.
You will have to search for yourself.
I really enjoyed the Greek myths when I was taught by my mother.
They were considered necessary education in colonial times.
I much preferred getting my theoretical "sex education" from reading the Greek myths at an age of 11,
than the idea of "sex education" being taught to 6 year olds, by the state run schools.

Considering that all the planets, and their satellites are named after greek Gods and heros.
You should know who they were, and why they were so honored.

Mount Olympus

The legendary home of the Greek and Roman gods.
Mount Olympus is an actual mountain in Greece, the highest in the country.
Some stories of the gods have them living on the mountain.
Other stories have them living in a mysterious region above it.

Considering "Mons Olympus" on Mars and the logical concept of building habitat in volcanic tubes, as containable areas that could be used for controlled environments.
Considering rumors of volcanano's being used for similar purposes by aliens, on Earth.
Considering the Greek Gods, immortality, creating unusual life forms and functional ecosystems.
(Intelligent Design, genetic engineering), and being involved in humanities affairs.

Maybe they (the Greek gods) were real.
Personally I think the Greek gods were advanced huminoid aliens that had a base in Mt. Olympus, and they interreacted with humanity in a very personal way.
Has anybody looked on Mt Olympus for entrances?

Should the state run the schools?
